Dental Coverage
The Standard Dental plan has a $50 per person deductible with a $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000 yearly maximum. This plan covers 100% of most preventative services, 80% for basic services and 50% on most major services. Our dental plan through Standard Dental allows members to choose any dentist they want...no network to search through.
