WBMA regularly develops and provides essential training and educational programs tailored to meet current needs and concerns of the membership throughout the year. WBMA's new Introduction to Building Material Sales program will provide entry-level personnel with a basic understanding of building material operations, product usage in residential construction and customer service basics. 

Be on the lookout for the all-day Estimating Workshop being held at various times and locations throughout the year...one could be in your area soon! If you’re in need of specific training or information, WBMA can customize programs to suit your educational requests.

Kincaid Learning Center

The WBMA Kincaid Learning Center is a valuable tool available to members. The KLC represents a collection of educational materials that address all aspects of the successful operation of the building supply business. Materials to assist with government regulatory compliance, credit, yard operation, safety, management, sales training as well as an extensive video library can be borrowed for your review or purchased through WBMA. Numerous other educational programs and materials are available to WBMA members.
