Medical Coverage

WBMA has a variety of office visit co-pay/PPO (preferred providers) deductible plans available to the membership.

Dental Coverage

The Standard Dental plan has a $50 per person deductible with a $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000 yearly maximum. This plan covers 100% of most preventative services, 80% for basic services and 50% on most major services. Our dental plan through Standard Dental allows members to choose any dentist they want...no network to search through. Standard Dental Benefits

Life Insurance

If you wish to purchase additional life insurance, we have voluntary term life insurance available to our members through CIGNA Group Insurance.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment

WBMA offers accidental death and dismemberment benefits in the amount equal to your life insurance. Additional accidental death and dismemberment benefits are available through The Hartford Group.

Short Term Disability

Short term or weekly disability benefits are available.

Long Term Disability

Long term disability benefits are available through American Fidelity Assurance Company.
